Go natural when it comes to makeup. Like you, I have blonde hair/ blue eyes I'm 13 and I wear nude smokey eye, black mascara, thin lines of black eyeliner (top,bottom,and winged) foundation and powder ( slightly a shade darker than my skin tone) baby lips and clear lip gloss. I also curl my hair by wrapping my hair AROUND the curling iron so I cld get that kind of beachy curl ( you can also use a flat iron to curl it)

I have blonde hair and greenish blue eyes. I like using purples, dark blues, golds, browns, and greens for eyeshadow. Grey eyeliner looks good with blue eyes.
