A brow wax topped with a medium taupe eyeshadow would work really well for you. Your brows have a great shape to them!
If you want a more long lasting result, you can go to a salon and get them tinted (check reviews in your area first!)

I recommend getting them tinted! I did it a few months ago and it was awesome, the only problem I had with it was that it didn't last quite as long as I thought it would... But for the price it wasn't bad at all. I will definitely tint again because I am in the same boat as you, and I get sick of filling in my blonde brows with powder all the time. If you don't go with the tinting, then I recommend Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo and/or Brow Wiz.

I'm a Hairdresser and we tint eyebrows RELIGIOUSLY. My brows and lashes are white (no idea why) so I tint both. I still shape my brows with a taupe/ blonde powder

And I usually do eyebrow tints @ a super small charge with a color service. just be sure to ask for a light brown or you'll look crazy with too dark eyebrows!
