Good mascara for length and thickness? PLEASE HELP!!

Please help me find a good mascara for back to school!! my "better than sex" mascara I just bought SUCKS!! so much flakiness!! they won't let me return it. only used once. ugh!! please help me find a nice quality mascara that helps with length and thickness. I have thin lashes. PLEASE HELP!!

I really like the loreal voluminous mascara in the matte black tube, and the cover girl super sizer mascara-- those are both really good drugstore options. as for high end, the better than sex waterproof is a lot better than the original formula. I also really like the Lancôme mascaras.

I hated "Better than Sex" too! By the end of the day, my under eye area was covered in black flakes! I love the Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black mascara ( drugstore) and Urban Decay perversion mascara (high end). They are not waterproof, but they stay on really long. I've never had a problem with either one of them as far as flaking.

I like thickening more than length for mascara & am loving buxom lash mascara. It really thickens but also adds good length (not crazy, though). I have oily lids and wear contacts, so I can't stand when mascara flakes - but this is pretty reliably flake-free & long-wearing for me.
