I suggest not shaping them yourself. Go to a nearby threading place (they should have one at your nearest mall) and get them shaped there. Afterwards just use a highlighter or a concealer lighter than your skin tone at your arch to enhance the shape. Use your normal brow products if you use them and there you go! A professional would know how to get the perfect shaped brow for a heart shaped face. Afterwards just tweeze the stray hairs and that will work wonders. Good luck, beauty!

Any information on threading?

I agree with getting them done at least the first time because its very easy to mess them up.

Threading used thread in a kind of hourglass shape with it twisted in the centre. the thread picks up the hairs when it's moved on the sides with fingers. it doesn't necessarily hurt but just kind of irritation. your brows aren't nearly as bad as mine were when I first got mine done so yours shouldn't hurt much if at all.
don't shape your brows until you get them done by a professional. afterwards you know what they're supposed to look like and you can clean them up easily by plucking stray hairs.

Actually you have great brows! In my opinion, you don't need to do anything like plucking or waxing.. Just use some dark brown powder (with an angled brush) and a bit of brow mascara from NYX (very affordable), if you want a more finished but natural look. If you want to wax or thread them, I agree with the other girls. Please go to a professional because they definitely know what they're doing. Best of luck!

I have to agree with Hannah here. I really don't think your brows look bad at all. Perhaps tweezing the really obvious stray ones would help ease your stress about it, but I'm digging how they look right now based on what we can see in your picture.

Threading is easy. I don't really like watch others get it done, since it just icks me out for some odd reason. I know they put two strings together and tug them out somehow. When I get mine down I just sit down and tell them to shape based on my headshape and relax. There definitely are videos on YouTube where you can watch others getting their eyebrows threaded. And no problem.

It doesn't hurt unless you think about it too much. I usually close my eyes and think about something else so I don't feel it.
