Kat Von D Ink line for sure! It's so easy to use and goes on so smoothly. By far my favorite that I've tried so far.

Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner. It's the only liner I've used that doesn't transfer onto the hood of my eye. It's super long wearing and won't budge, smear, move, or transfer (:

Kat Von D Tattoo, the Ink It is good too but it has a thicker brush tip so I can't get as clean of a line. And I haven't tried it yet but the new Too Faced liner seems good.

Good experience with the KVD eyeliner here. I like to augment it with a bdellium tools 762 for razor sharp wings.
