To be honest I say no I find that the pixie cut mowhak cut is only flattering on girls with slim long faces this is just my opinion though I thing girls with round or heart shape faces who have more volume in the face l99k more flattering with long hair long layers or even a lob but this is just what I prefer

Your face shape looks more oval to me. Not too sure.
A person with a heart shaped face, the forehead is the widest part compared to their cheekbone and jaw width.

That Mohawk style adds length so it would be good on round faces.
Kelly Osborne actually has a pear shaped face (jaw is the widest part and her forehead is the most narrow in width) and it looks good on her too, notice how that Mohawk is styled a bit outward to add some width to her forehead and make her face look more balanced.

I think the first style would look good

I feel like the second hair style you'd have to consider your profile (nose and chin length)
Plus, that particular cut looks like it's trying to bring attention to her neck but the overall layers don't really do anything to emphasize or compliment her face shape, it kinda just looks all over the place
