I think a solid colour or a floral dress would be more appropriate. The dress your wearing looks like a party/night out dress

Just a few questions:
-what time of day is the wedding?
-does the invitation mention a dress code?
This dress looks VERY casual for a wedding, in my opinion, so unless you know that this wedding is a low key event I would try to find something a bit fancier, in keeping with whatever dress code they specified.

I agree with Hannah, it seems very casual.

Yeah that's what I was also thinking that it was too casual :/ and @Hannah W. The wedding is I believe at 1 pm and it's in September and they didn't give a dress code.

It's too casual if it's a regular/dressy wedding. if it was more casual, I think they would have mentionned it.

I think you could make it work with the right shoes, accessories, makeup and hair. On its own it is quite casual. Cute none the less!

it's important that you find a dress in a fabric that looks dressy, even if it isn't. I'd personally avoid anything that looks like it could be made out of the same material as a t shirt, just as a rule of thumb =)

Alright thank you so much! And I had my boyfriend call his brother (the groom) to ask about the dress code and they said they aren't really putting one so he said casual was fine(:

Ah, well then I'm sure your dress is fine!

This might be unpopular opinion but I feel like you could do it. I think it is a tad casual but it's not so casual you look like you're going on a walk through the park. The right shoes and jewelry could dress it up more. I honestly wore a sundress to a July wedding that I wear a lot to work.

Wear what you would wear if you were to go to church. If you wouldnt wear that to church, I wouldn't wear it to a wedding
