Ipsy or Birchbox?

I've been getting the Birchbox for maybe a year now and was wanting to try something different. Does anyone have Ipsy and if so, what are your reviews?

I love ipsy, although the items are small. The products work REALLY well. Only 5 come a month and it's $10 a month. You should try it.

I love ipsy. I got so many great products. I never tried birch box so I can't say which is better. But I got a lot of amazing products through ipsy.

I've never had either although my best friend had birch box and got crappy samples every month. She switched to ipsy and really liked it for a while but finally switched to Sephora play and said its hands down the best monthly subscription box. I also have Sephora play and you get great samples!!

Definitely ipsy. I've had ipsy for over a year and I love it, I tried birchbox for only 2 months and cancelled it because it was so bad.

I actually have Birchbox and Ipsy. I find that Ipsy tends to give less skincare and more of a makeup based sample. For example, Ipsy will rarely give a shampoo or body wash when a Birchbox box may have both. It depends on what you are looking for but I enjoy both the same amount:)

I cancelled my Birchbox when I got my first Ipsy bag bc it was way better imo...now that I've got Sephora play I just may cancel my Ipsy though. Maybe:)

Try boxy charm...its amazing...every month its been worth it..last month my box had eyeshadow pallet..lip gloss..hair oil..a makeup brush. worth it!:)??

I had an Ipsy for about 8 months and ended up cancelling it because I kept getting the same products, or products that I had checked that I didn't want. For $10 its not that bad though, and you get a cute bag that you can use all the time, I just was tired of throwing everything away every month, or giving to my mom because I didn't like what they were sending. They make it seem like you are going to get well known brands like Tarte, UD, Too Faced, etc. but I only got Smashbox products (and it was the same mascara both times) and the rest was brands I had never heard of and I can understand why I hadn't, because they weren't very great...

I have never tried birchbox because of mixed reviews, but I think if I ever do another subscription, I would go with Boxycharm or Sephora's.

Cancelled my ipsy if they have a warehouse they charge you $12 and for 3$ more I just pay for the ALLURE Beauty box; sample society from Beauty Bar. So much better than ipsy and I got a la mer moisturizer sample, the have higher end samples and full sized products.
