Hey, what would you recommend as a gel or cream eyeliner that doesn't transfer onto the top of the brow bone? I've tried setting some with powers and all sorts.
any help would be great.
I do use liquid but I love how easy gel/cream ones go on. just need the perfect gel one thanks

I really enjoy Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Gel Cream Eyeliners. They are waterproof and don't transfer.

My fave cream one is the MAC Chromaline, super pigmented and very long wearing, they're a pro product but can be bought on the website

MAC has the Fluidline liners but they're not as pigmented, not as long lasting and come with less product.

I agree with Kim M. I really like Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips. I usually use a brown, light or dark.
