I'm on the lookout for a new liquid eyeliner seeing as mine just ran out. I like felt tip pen liners but I'm really open to anything except gel. I want something that will stay put throughout the entire day (my day is typically 10+ hours long), doesn't smudge/is waterproof, and is easy to apply. I'm open to all price ranges so if you have any suggestions please let me know!
Ps, I know that that was a lot of requirements and I'm sorry, but I don't usually have a ton of time in the mornings and I have very oily eyelids haha

I highly suggest the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner, it's the only liner over ever used that doesn't transfer on my hooded eyes. It's super long wearing and doesn't budge, smudge, fade, or transfer at all (:

Nyx matte liquid liner is great, and cheap.

My favorite is Kat Von D Tattoo Eyeliner. Stila's Stay All Day is next on my list. I prefer KVD's because it has more of a matte finish than Stila's; that one is kind of shiny in my opinion which I don't like for everyday looks. But both are great, in terms of lasting and really black. KVD's Ink It is similar to the Tattoo but it has a slightly thicker brush tip than the other, which I don't like, but I do think it is blacker.

The MAC Liquidlast liner is my fave and I love the Milani infinite liquid liner cause it's pretty much the same as the MAC liner.
They're both VERY long lasting on my hooded, and very oily eyes.
The only differences between the two are the prices and the applicator.
The MAC one has a better applicator. The Milani one is okay, a tad thicker but can easily be trimmed.
And after awhile the formula can get a bit thick/goopy but other than that, super great formulas

I agree with Aurora on those two liquid liners. They have been my fave liquid liners for year's and They are both similar at different cost as I would mention many times here on BL. As for felt Tip liners, I recently bought the Too faced Sketch Marker and that one wow! for a felt tip liner it's pretty outstanding! It doesn't budge at all and it's water proof.I also have the Mac felt tip which is great but I must admit Too faced Sketch has that one beat when it comes to a Felt tip liner comparison. If you want a pretty good drugstore brand felt tip liner Maybelline master Precise liner is good. Nyx was unfortunately a fail for me as for felt tip. :)
