Should I keep my hair in a pixie cut or grow it out?
And is it ok for a nurse to have a pixie cut, or should I grow my hair out before I become one?

Really it's personal preference and your own decision whether or not to grow your hair out. I'm growing out my pixie simply because I want to and I miss my long hair but that's just me, my feelings, and my decision.
As for having a pixie cut and being a nurse I've had nurses with all different lengths of hair but if you're really that concerned you should contact your workplace and ask them if they have any rules/regulations about hair length and style.

I personally would go with the longer hair. Your hair just looks so pretty! And nurses can have pixie cuts... unless if they have those weird ancient rules about hair having to be a certain length or something but I doubt it haha. I'm on this goal right now to have what they call 'Rapunzel hair.' Right now it's just at my shoulders.
But anyways, I would say go longer because you have pretty hair. But in the end it's really what you yourself prefer.

It's your choice. I agree with alexis. Check if they have any regulations about hair length or and styles and then make you decision

I have a pixie cut and although not a nurse I work as a different type of health care professional on wards. I feel a pixie is a really practical style to have as a HCP because it doesn't get in the way and you don't need to tie it up all the time.
I'm all for keeping the pixie, it looks cute on you!
