So my Mac prolong wear has nearly ran out, there's literally nothing at in the tube, and now I'm on the hunt for another foundation but I was thinking either the nars tinted moisturiser, or nars sheer glow or nars all day luminous, I'm not a huge foundation fan I do love light coverage, EJTH my prolong wear I always used to mix it in with abit of moisturiser and a drop of jojoba oil, but I still could do that with the nars foundations or the moisturiser but which one do you think is best? I love LOVE a dewy face and as I said light ish coverage so let me know which one you like best and think is good for me.

I don't know if you're into drugstore makeup at all but I use the maybelline fit me dewy and smooth, it's kind of a lighter coverage and does make you look dewy... just something to try :)

I absolutely love the Mac waterweight As a light coverage foundation. It is literally weightless on the skin and gives a beautiful dewy finish and it's just stunning. Also for a gorgeous dewy glow with any foundation or concealer I love mixing the loreal lumi magique base. It is so gorgeous mixed and just glows through the skin!! But overall for what you've described, the Mac waterweight x

And do both foundations cling onto dry patches

The Mac waterweight hasn't clinger to dry patches at all whatsoever or any foundation mixed with the lumi magique base hasn't either x

The Mac waterweight I find is long lasting but to ensure keeping the gorgeous dewiness that I buy it for is recommend using cream products on top but that's not a necessity

My foundation will last me all day as long as I set it with a little something, and I haven't noticed it to cling to my patches which is one of the reasons why I love it 😊

Yes I agree it lasts all day when set however sometimes setting it with powders can mattify it more.

True^ I usually spray a little fix plus on just my foundation and with my personal routine it gives it some time to dry which is how I set mine

I used Nars TM for 2 years and I love it! It has light to medium coverage and a light dewy finish. The only downside is that it sets on fine lines (if you have any). I have combo skin (oily T-zone, normal cheeks) and I applied a mattifying moisturizer, let it sit, and then the TM

Thank god that they don't really cling to dry patches!:) and I haven't really tried the lumi magique base! I'll look into that! I do have the nyx luminous liquid thing that I mix in with the foundation and okay I'll be sure to add with a little something I'll look into the Mac and fit me for sure!:) thank you and I do use quite a lot of bronzer is there any good cream bronzes you know? And thank you Lara! I haven't tried any of the nars range the Mac prolong wear was my first " Hugh end " foundation lol how would I stop it from going into my smile lines? And does the nars tm cling to dry patches?

You can stop it by applying barely on the smile lines (that trick is effective with any foundation). It does not cling but if you have dry skin, you will need to use a moisturizer or face oil before applying the TM because it's not very hydrating.

Oh yeah I didn't think of that lol, okay thank you!:) I probably will use some moisturiser on my face since my skin is quite dry! Thank you Lara!:) and Madeline and Ella!:) I'll be sure to look into the 3 foundations.
