Castor oil works better for my hair, I've never tried using it for eyebrows but I think it should do its thing :)

I haven't tried this but I have heard the avocado oil helps your eyebrows.

I put a little coconut oil on my eyebrows once a day during my face washing routine and I've definitely noticed that I have more eye brow hair!!
