I use maybelline colour tattoos as an eye primer and it really makes my eyeshadow last all day.

I second the color tattoos. I have nude pink and just beige and they work perfectly. The elf jumbo pencils are great too, I use the shade sparkle nude as a base for shimmery eye looks sometimes but I don't think that'd be as good for oily lids as the Maybelline:)
