The wet n wild megalast lipsticks work great and they're only like $3 and they also have liquid lipsticks although the quality of the liquid ones varied among the shades

So as far as Matte lipstick goes for me the only ones that ever work for me are Mac mattes, Mac retro matte liquid lipstick, and kvd everlasting liquid lipsticks. I've tried many other brands from low to high and these are my favorite of all, some of the color pop ultra satin liquid lipsticks are quite nice tho and they appear matte on me but I find them to be a lot more hydrating then there ultra mattes (;
