From what I was reading on them. they're not real. they're just a creative creation. it's not a physical palette, just an idea.

Actually I just read about these and they aren't real! Sadly they were just an idea from what I read as a possible prototype. I was so excited top as each house was supposed to have a different make-up category such as Hufflepuff would be highlighter, or Gryffindor would be eyeshadow or something of the sort. I was also super excited and really hope with all of the excitement that they get busy making these!
