Is there a foundation whitener that doesn't effect the foundation itself but just the color?

I know MAC has a few, sorry my phone is small so I can't get good screenshots that include the price but this one is good if you are using a water based foundation

They also have a powder and all these come in a "pure white" shade

The body shop also has some, and illamasqua (sp?) has a white shade that a lot of people mix with theirs, but it's the foundation formula so it might not mix great

Manic panic has one, and I use a white cream makeup that I bought from Walmart for 98 cents (I actually bought it with the intent of using it for Halloween when I do makeup for people) but then I realized I can use it to lighten foundation because why not. The expiration date is 3 months after its opened which isn't a big deal bc of the price lol

Manic Panic's is good. The Body Shop makes one but I've heard it alters the consistency of the foundation while the Manic Panic one does not. I bought mine from amazon.

Nyx is my favorite. I use it with every foundation I have and I love it so much.
