I love makeup so much and I want to go a little "crazy" with it. Would love to try out black or blue lips. But I'm kind of afraid. When I wear my usual makeup people already comment that it's too much but I just like dramatic makeup. I come from a small village where everyone looks the same but I just want to look different. Did you ever get nasty comments on your makeup when you tried something "different"?

All the time!! Just this Sunday I got a couple comments and looks (we had a baby shower to go to so I wanted to play it up a little (I had winged liner and a berry lipstick ) about my makeup, and I don't understand why. I mean come on people, just know your not alone😊❣️

Honestly, from your pictures you obviously have skill. If people say stuff like that to you just flip your hair and know you're slaying harder than them and that they must be jealous! I say do what makes YOU happy, not them. I wear a good amount of makeup too and At first I was self conscious but now I realize this is for me not my friends. So go for it!!

I think it takes a strong person to want to be different. there are a lot of people who dress the same and look and act the same and not that there's anything wrong with that either I think it's more unique to want to be different. that's how I feel personally so you should continue doing what you're doing. and you're really good at makeup too as seen from your pics lol

It takes courage to try something different. My mom likes my makeup, my bf likes it, everyone likes it except that one person, which is my grandma. But, I do it anyway, because I'm at that age where I start to make my own decisions and I'd kill a black lip if I wanted to. So you go girl!

I'm curious, where are you from? I agree with all the ladies- it takes courage and you shouldn't try to hide who you are because people may say something to go against it. Since you're nervous, which is understandable!, maybe try out your looks at home first, and take pictures, and maybe even post them with some sort of "I'm experimenting with makeup" caption, just to "baby steps" before you take it out in public. Or go for it all at once! Whatever makes you feel most comfortable, but regardless you should definitely give it a try!

I wear everythingggg on my face green lipstick black blue whatever and all the eyeshadows too yellow neon colors glitter I mean I've tried it all and what I've found is that yes people loveeee to make comments or stare sometimes its positive but a lot of it is not at all I also will wear anything as long as I like it and some of my looks are definitely wayyyyyy bold lollll what I've found is that when I get negativity I just brush it off wear what you want and rock whatever it is that makes you you who wants to be like everyone else I sure don't no matter what there will always be someone negative just say f it and keep it moving someone with their own style and bolndness is wayyyyy more amazing then judgemental people
