You can't buy them anywhere in store. The foiled eyeshadows are okay, but on me they crease. They are pretty pigmented, but I think the best application is your finger.

You can only get them online. They do crease and for me the only way to put them on nicely is your finger.

I really like my foiled eyeshadows! They are only sold online, but they are very pigmented, and I've never had an issue applying them opaquely with a brush (I prefer my MAC 239).
They don't crease on me as long as I use a long-wear eyeshadow primer; I like the one from Lorac.
