What's olive skin-tone? Pictures would be a big help. Is it considered a perfect skin tone color? If not what, what is it what do you think is the perfect skin-tone to have? Just curious...

There is absolutely no such thing as a perfect skin tone. or a perfect skin depth. not even an ideal one. there is nothing to debate or discuss in this matter. skin tones and depth are simply what color and how much the skin we are born with has in it. no more, no less. but they are important to understand because you want to apply foundation colors etc. to match the skins color.
skin with an olive undertone has a slight green cast to it and tends to pull warm. many people will refer to a warm skin tone in a medium depth as "olive" but I don't accept that as an actual definition. people with very pale to very dark skin can have an olive undertone.

It depends on who's defining it. Some people define it as a specific skin depth where it's a medium tan or a skin tone has a golden and/or green cast to it.
So it can be a broad term.
I've seen in magazines they use "olive" to describe tan skins which to me, isn't accurate.
An olive skin tone, like olives, is green.
I personally have a yellow-olive skin tone.
I've seen people with neutral olive skin but I see more with golden olive skin.
I've heard people with pink undertones can even have that olive cast although I haven't seen it personally.
Olive skin isn't a specific skintone. I've seen it on people who are quite light and those who are quite tan.
Some people refer to it as "Mediterranean coloring" since that olive tone is common there but I see it a lot in Eastern Europeans, Middle Eastern (central Asian) and Asian people in general.

She's on the waking dead and I notice her skin has a slight green cast.
Although, true olive skin tones don't always pic up green in photos

I have a few powder foundations and the ones on the right didn't match. A good amount of people consider them olive since they're a golden medium color but the one I match (on the left) is pretty much straight up olive.
You can see a better difference when they're next to each other and in the same lighting

It's just a learning process over the years that took me a long time to balance out, I know that like myself most people that are considered olive undertone are also more oily then dry or combo skin (:

Most olive women have neutral undertones (a special mixture of warm and cool) beneath a blend of green, red, and yellow pigment. But because the pigment has a slight green tint to it (unique to olive skin)
What really sets olive skin apart is the natural green pigment (mixed with shades of red and yellow) slightly visible on the surface of the skin.

Olive is a human skin color spectrum. It contains pigmentation of type IV to Type V range of the Fitzpatrick scale. It refers to light or moderate brown or tannish skin.
