I got a few months back an ombre and bleached my hair for the first time , it was not damaged nor is damaged but when I straighten my hair I have those weird looking ends I have short layers I don't know if it the cut.
I usually trim my hair on my own so maybe I failed so maybe I should get a cut? please help

Sounds like spilt ends, a trim is the only way to get rid of them.

I agree, trim the ends. Then I would also apply what I use, Pro-Naturals Moroccan argan oil mainly to the ends but also up the length of your hair. Great moisturizer but also a good heat protectant.
