I am in need of suggestion of the best eyeliner and eyelashes products which is affordable and extremely good. My sister underwent a treatment a treatment for dry eyes at Valley laser eye centre at Abbotsford. She is very beauty conscious and it's her birthday next week so I was thinking of buying so makeup products for her. As she has undergone a treatment for dry eyes so I should be careful while buying the products right. So what could be the best products to suggest?
