Illamasqua skin base is honestly the best I've tried, it's quite full coverage so if you like that is amazing, it lasts forever even without powder (I personally like to powder but that is just my own preference) it also doesn't fling to any dry patches either, it's amazing

Estée Lauder Double Wear, log wearing and doesn't break down from skin's oils.

Also, do you use a primer, setting spray, and/or setting powder?

It depends on the coverage and finish you'd like.

I have oily skin. I'm not saying slightly oily nor am I being dramatic of how oily I am but my face ends up looking quite oily/greasy most the time even with good skincare it's still very oily, I've just learned to accept it and use products that help tone down the look.

If you want a more natural light to medium coverage foundation that gives a nice glow/radiance for your skin but helps control oil is highly suggest the MAC Lightful C tinted cream.

If you want a more matte light to medium/buildable coverage powder I really liked the MAC Studio Fix powder and I love the range of shades that are available.

If you want a solid medium coverage that's buildable I really like the MAC Studio Fix Fluid, you only need a small amount and I love that it makes my skin look very smooth.

The Pro Longwear nourishing waterproof is also great although the color range wasn't all that great for me (looked a bit too peachy) I still use mine but I have to mix in a little bit of a green product to help it Match better.

As for primers, I really like the Smashbox photo finish light (water based and meant more for oily skin compared the the silicone based original) and the smashbox pore Minimizer both work great for oily skin.

A VERY good inexpensive powder for oily skin I find is the Palladio rice powder. That stuff is just something else, it works amazing and really keeps the oil and shine at bay. It's got to be the best drugstore powder for oily skin and it even works better than 90% of higher end powders I've used that were targeted toward oily skin. Really great product.

I think being oily, you definitely need to have some blotting sheets with you. I don't think any things going to keep you matte the whole day, you'll need to blot and powder at least once.
I really like to use those end wraps used for perming, very inexpensive and you get like 1,000 sheets for under $5

The tarte amazonian clay. I use it with the ulta mattifying balm and even when I'm out in really hot weather and high humidity it still looks the same at the end of the day as when I put it on. I carry an extra mattifying balm with me just in case, because I hate layering on more makeup and that absorbs the oil without adding product to look cakey. It's pricey but for the amount of time I spend doing my makeup, I want it to stay and not sweat off!
