Hmmmm, the closest thing I have seen to Sax Appeal would have to be MUFE's 642. If I am not mistaken, that was a 2015 palette. Considering the finish of the shadow, and how sheer this shade was, what an interesting choice for the brow. Hey, if it works for you it works. :)

MAC, like most every cosmetic company has a stable of core colors and LE shades, and if this color was a core, it may have been renamed and placed back in the lineup. If anyone would know if this color still exists in MAC's lineup, it would be Aurora S. Here's a link to her profile. :)
