1st of all, sorry if this is the wrong category, didn't know which one it should be. 2nd of all, how often are you supposed to switch them out? I've had mine for awhile and use it fairly often. Thanks ladies!

I'm not sure I wouldn't think it would be too long because of the nature of the product... maybe a month or two??

For the sake of your skin you should change it up once a month. Don't want to keep using a dirty stone, in my opinion from using one
