I'm going to beauty school next week and I'm nervous. Are there any tips anyone could give me? Study tips or anything?

Don't slack off! Watch a lot of YouTube videos on updos! Don't date ANY of the barbers lol.

Be prepared to do rollers and updos a lot.

As far as book work I found it relatively easy but I know some people struggled with material since a good amount weren't all that great at reading/comprehending so if you have an issue with that then you'll just have to take a little more time, don't be afraid to ask questions etc. Don't have to have extensive notes just note the important parts of course.
I noticed some girls there had a habit of pretty much just writing the textbook out on paper

When cutting hair you'll need shears in one hand and a comb in the other so if you have the habit of putting the comb in your mouth; stop.
You need to get out of that habit especially opening/separating Bobby pins with your mouth.

Uhmm... You'll always want to look as on point as possible. It's called "beauty school" so I wouldn't recommend dressing in super casual pj bottoms and UGGS for example.
Although, I think after the first week you'll have your school shirt and they'll have a sort of dress code as far as what's appropriate shoe wear (no open toed shoes basically) and what types or color of pants are allowed but it depends on the school.

You will be doing a lot of hair from cutting, styling, coloring etc.so don't be surprised if you find hair... Pretty much everywhere lol.

Awesome! Thank you so much guys! This was helpful!

Aurora definitely couldn't of said it better. For the bobby pins in the mouth thing, my teacher has a flat ring she would wear and it helped her open them without putting them in her mouth. And she's totally right about dressing well. You will not regret waking up to look good everyday!
