There are so few full foundations for dry skin. Plus, everyone not only has different levels of dryness, but texture and type of facial imperfections will affect the performance of a foundation. In saying that, Too Faced Born This Way, Loreal Infallible Pro Glow and Marc Jacobs Remarcable (if you're not extremely dry). The first two border on medium to full. But like I said , it's hard to find full coverage for dry skin. I usually will mix a higher coverage foundation with a moisterizering foundation.

Or for drugstore I sometimes mix Maybelline fit me dewy and smooth with Revlon colorstay (the one formulated for dry skin not the original).
