Wearing Extensions In The Pool?

I'm going to a pool party tomorrow and I always wear my extensions I get really really self conscious when I'm not wearing them especially since I'll be wearing a bathing suit and like almost no makeup and so I want to wear them but I don't want to mess them up :( any suggestions?

I was thinking about putting my hair in a pony tail with them in so it'll reduce how much they get tangled. would that work?

Yeah that would work. You could also put in braids. Dutch or french. Then when you take them out they will make great waves.
