I think it's called ladder braid

It looks like it's been twisted not braided though, it looks as if she took two strands of hair from one side and twists them to the other side and when she's on the other side she puts the two strands of hair together and adds hair from that side and then twists then adds the next twisted strand of hair. Hope I made sense lol
