My birthday is coming up and I really want to wear this shirt that day, but I have no clue how to do my makeup. I originally wanted to do bright lips that would pop with the shirt. The only problem being the shirt is a neon pink and even my brightest colors don't look good against it. Any ideas for how I could do my eyes and lips? Thanks.

You could always just let the shirt do the talking, with minimal/natural looking makeup. If you can't find a decent lip colour to match you could play up your eyes instead, with long lashes and a bit of shimmery eyeshadow, then keep the lips simple and nude so you don't distract away from your lovely coloured shirt :)

Yeah I agree with Victoria. The shirt seems like it would fit with natural looking makeup :)

I agree with Victoria. I think a muted, light, matte mauvey pink lip color with a bold black winged liner would look good. I imagine the skin being glowy with an amazing highlighter too.
