So in two weeks I'm getting a half to full foil Bayalage. My hair dresser is think something like Jennifer Aniston like in her Aveeno and Living Proof commercials. I want there to be an obvious change and when I picture this I don't really see that much of a difference. I want it to be more of a bayalage/ombre. Any ideas? I have a neutral skin tone but warm is easier to accomplish.

I think I'm going to do dark roots like my natural hair color and bayalage it into that color. She said she's doing baby lights. They're really tiny highlights.
