I would love help on how to make my smile lines and lines in general not move my make up through the day. and suggestions?? I use a primer also.

Use less makeup in those areas, like whatever is less on your brush or sponge and put it on last in those areas.

Idk what type of skin you have but mine is oily and when I would wear a small amount of the silicone based type of primer it actually made my makeup crease a bit more on my smile lines, this doesn't happen when I use primers that are more water based or the more thicker types that have clay or other types of oil controlling products.
