I have fair and oily skin and I use L'oreal True Match Super Blendable Foundation. I love it! It looks natural, doesn't look cakey, and is build able. As for the color, I came across this website where you take a "quiz" and it tells your best match! It was so helpful and it actually worked!

I also use the powder that matches it and it works well! Hope this helped!

Definitely the L'orèal true match super blendable liquid.
The shade W1 Porcelain and C1 Alabaster tend to match those that are quite fair.
C1 Alabaster is pink toned whereas W1 porcelain is quite yellow toned.
I believe quite a few like the W1 Alabaster since it can cover up redness better but it's still very fair in color
