Ideas on what to wear to go strawberry picking?

This coming Friday I'm going to go strawberry picking for the first time. What do you guys think would be best to wear? I already heard sandals aren't a good idea because there will be mud. Anything else? Thanks!

I personally wouldn't wear short shorts, since there is a lot of bending over involved. Depending on weather I'd wear a sun hat or some type of hat, you're in the field in direct sun. This also means sunscreen is a must! Hope I helped, Have fun!!

Light flowing tank tops and combat boots would be good! Decode on bottoms by your own preference

Whatever you wear, be mindful that strawberry juice might stain it very easily, as your hands will likely be covered in strawberry juice and you might accidentally step on strawberries which can show up under or on the side of your sole. For that reason I try to wear old or dark clothes when I pick strawberries. :)

I personally think that denim capris and maybe a navy blue relaxed tee would be really pretty, yet functional. Boat shoes or high top converses for shoes, and then maybe a cute straw hat to protect your face from the sun. Have fun!!
