I know they're ankle boots but I always see these type at H&M and forever 21. They're like lace up so is there a specific name for it?

I knew they were a type of bootie then I googled it and they suggested platform lace up bootie and that's what they are! :P.

The original style is called Lita and they're by Jeffrey Campbell (I hope I spelt his name correctly )

Maria is correct, the original style boot came from Jeffery Campbell and he called it the Lita. If you buy the "real" version they will run $150 and up. If you type in Lita knockoffs, A TON of sites come up!
