Hair dye advice

Hi! I just wanted some ideas on what colour I should dye my hair in the summer. I want to either change to a dark red or brown colour (with permanent dye) I also want to add in some fun streaks of colour for the summer (probably semi permanent) any ideas what colour would look good?
