I think16 is the right age to start. I don't see why not. can you buy your self a razor? back when I was in H.S the clinic in school would giveus girls razors and tampons and pads and stuff. I have two preteens and think 15/16is fine.

Oh wow... I'm sorry, that really sucks. I've been waxing/shaving since 6th grade (started off with legs). I think bleaching might be a solution... although I think you're blonde so that might be useless... any other solution would involve hair removal : waxing, threading, epilators,... instead of wearing pants you can try knee high socks with shorts. but tbh I think you should have an honest talk with them about how it makes you feel because I don't think they would want you to be unhappy and self-consious. good luck and I'm sorry I can't help more!

You can try sugaring, you can look up recipes on YouTube and they'll show you ways on how to make it without strips.
You only need water, sugar, lemon juice and some salt

I agree with the high knee socks or boots with dresses/skirts, or nude stockings. You don't have a sister or a family member that will give you a razor or help? I'm Latin and Lebanese so I know the struggle when it comes to not being one of the hairless ladies, I wanted to shave at 11 and it was probably more hair than you have and my mother wouldn't let me.

I would just buy a razor, shave, then hide it. If they don't think it's that noticeable then they probably won't notice that it's gone and if the hair is already gone then there's nothing they can do about it. Just do what makes you the most comfortable.

Well I'm 15 and I shave but I did it on my own when I first started shaving it was against my parents wishes and told me if I wanted to shave I had to buy my own razor. I started in 6th grade and I don't think you should buy a razor and hide it. I think you should sit down with your parents and have a discussion on what they want you to do and you want to do. Don't go against you parents because they can hold grudges and not trust you in the long run.

I agree with the ladies that are saying you should have a discussion with your parents. They have their reasons that you may not understand/know about and if they don't know how you feel then they can't take your feelings into consideration. Going behind your parents back can just cause trust issues with them in the long run.

I agree with Elica! I know I've been there too Jewel and same like you with the Nair/Neet as my first hair removal method and I think it was my last cuz the smell is awful lol I think through a talk with mom would help maybe she can get on your page and understand how the hair makes you feel uncomfortable..

If you don't want to shave you could try maxi skirts or dresses for the summer
