Best Product To Erase Freckles, Acne Scars, And Uneven Skin Tones?

I have fair skin and I have a few patches of freckles on the cheekbone, nose, and forehead areas of my face. I haven't found any foundations or makeup products that can hide them the way I would like. Also my natural skin is uneven and I have faint areas that appear reddish if I don't have any makeup on. I was wondering if anyone knew of a facial products, possibly a mask or a wash, that's helped them even out their skin tone and erase freckles and acne scarring! If so I'd really appreciate feedback! :)
