I want loose curls without heat, but I canteen to find a way to get the curls I want. I want them to start near the root. It would be preferable if the style had no items needed for it and was comfortable to sleep in.

There are tutorials on YouTube to get curls using socks just wrap your hair around a sock then tie off the sock - how loose or tight you wrap it determines how big or small the curls are.

Use t shirt method..there are tutorials on you tube.. it really works.

You can twist your hair and then tie it with a hair tie and leave it in over night.
