I'd just get a lipliner that's a shade darker than your natural lips to give it a little shape/definition.
You don't need a lipliner to match every lip color because even when it does match, when you over line, the upper lip is lighter so it ends up making it look like you have a lighter ring around your lips.
So, just get a nude one in half a shade or a shade darker than your lips and when you put lipstick on try to lightly dab on the area where you put lipliner to avoid rubbing it off and causing that lighter ring apparel cr
