Have any of you used the sugar bear hair vitamins? I was wondering if they actually work and if they're worth the money?
thanks in advance!

The best vitamins you can get are from food, I never recommend vitamin supplements unless your body actually needs it. Try adding a variety of nuts in your diet, also pumpkin seeds but make sure to munch on them well otherwise the can cause indigestion. Also because of high fibre eating too many at a time can cause loose bowl

I suggest seeing a doctor for a blood panel to see if you have any kind of deficiencies before taking any vitamins or supplements that you may not actually need.

I really dislike if something is marketed as good or healthy for you but then has loads of sugar in it (at least according to its name I'd suppose it does), just due to that fact I'd stay clear of it tbh. sorry I can't add an actual helpful review or anything for you though!

I've always thought that excessive biotin gives you acne if you don't have a hair and skin medical problem. 5000mcg is a lot of biotin! Regular intake is 30mcg

Other than what the ladies said above, I'm pretty sure those sugar bear vitamins are EXTREMELY overpriced and full of gelatin and sugar. if you do decide to take vitamins, get the at the drugstore, biotin isnt that expensive.

My friend read that they grow out all off your hair, including the unwanted ones, so I might consider that.
