Look on the Internet for masks but if one gets really big just pop it but hygienically clean the area afterwards.I wouldn't reccomend the carbon face mask because it might burn your skin out xx

I know you aren't suppose to pop them, but I do because I can't stand looking at them. I suggest going to your dermatologist and see what they can do for you.

Use a cleansing brush (like Clarisonic). You can buy a face cleansing brush from the drug store and works just as well.

Wet a washcloth with warm water and let it sit on the area. That will at least help to reduce some swelling. It works best before they come to a head, though.
