Pimple or bug bite?

I have this thing above my eyebrow and it looks filled up, but when I try to pop it nothing except clear stuff comes out. With my skin sometimes my pimples are just filled up with clear stuff and when I get it most out it goes down.

Whichever it is, best would be just to leave it alone, popping it will just make it worse, especially if it doesn't have that sort of white head that you'd normally pop. bug bites usually itch and are a bit red, whereas normal spots are just a bit uncomfortable especially when you touch them, maybe this might help you to tell them apart :)
