For hair I think something like the updo/ braids you have in your profile pic would look nice
For makeup I think you should do winged liner and glowy skin with a neutral lip.
Also where did you find that dress? My friend has wanted something like that for forever!! I was think about getting it for her birthday

Oh wow that dress it gorgeous! I think for hair maybe a braided up-do and for makeup pinky-nude eyes with a sparkly highlighter and a neutral lip!💕
