What are skin tints for?

What's the point of skin tints? Are they like concealer or primer? Or are they completely different?

Well as I understand a skin tint is just a tinted moisturiser! So you apply it like a moisturiser but in addition to the benefits in the moisturiser it also has a tint that will slightly even out your skin tone.

Apply it with your fingers or a damp beautyblender :)

And they're good for dry/normal skin.
