Black Eyeliner Too Dark, Brown Too Light?

I know I'm probably in the minority, but I just don't like black eyeliner on me. It just comes off too harsh. So, I always get brown. But most browns don't give you the intensity of black. Now I do have really dark saturated brown gel liners. But most of the time, I just like to grab a pencil. Again, finding an intense dark brown pencil liner that is creamy and long lasting and as intense as black but not as harsh as black is challenging to find. Especially if you're like me, and don't like to spend a lot of money on liners. Well, this is not new and I've used it for years and it fits the bill for all my criteria. Inexpensive, creamy, long lasting and Intensely dark brown. It's JORDAN 12 HR MADE TO LAST LIQUID EYELINER PENCIL. Ok, it's not a liquid liner, it is a traditional need-to-sharpen with a pencil sharpener pencil. Not the retractable one. Just thought I'd share, just in case there's someone else out there who just doesn't like black, but still wants the intensity, likes the ease of a pencil and doesn't want to spend a lot.

Do you mean Jordana? Awesome thanks for sharing. Sailor I'm not surprised if Milani had the same product since Jordana is the parent company of Milani ;)

And they have great color choices in both the 12 hr and the retractable liners.

I've found that the older I get the more harsh black liner looks on me and brown just blends in with my skin. So what I do is apply black eyeshadow as close as possible to my lash line with an angled brow brush, then lightly blend it out with a smudge brush. This has been a suitable solution for me, and it looks very polished and classy.
