Unfortunately when I tried to apply the lid color there was some white patches and the eyeshadow was not even.
I did use a primer and I fid set the primer.
Can you guys give some times on how to achieve that?

I don't know exactly what the problem is. But sometimes in order to get such an intense lay down, it helps to apply a cream version of the shadow shade before applying the matching powder shadow.

I agree with Marleen. You need a cream to intensify the look. You can use an eyeliner. Cream shadow or something like Mac paint pots. Then apply a neutral powder all over the lid then put the color you want and blend. Blending is key.
