Opinions for the best black eye liner. Something that won't irritate contacts, that doesn't drip smudge something that stays in place in the waterline. Thanks.

Urban decay 24/7 liner in perversion. its the blackest liner I've ever seen and I wear contacts and have no issue at all.

I love the Perversion liner Pam mentioned! Definitely the blackest one I have.
I swear by Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes, it's just a pencil like the UD, probably a bit less pigmented but I prefer it for my eyes because the UD tends to smudge on me sometimes (not sure why not all the time, I'm still investigating).

The UD liners is a great choice but if you are looking for a drugstore alternative I have to mention the Essences gel liners - They come in a pencil form like the UD ones and I tell you they do not budge!! I have a black and a brown that I use for my waterlines and I have 2 blues and a gun metal that I love as a pop of color on my lower lash line!

You really should I was beyond impressed with these! The color selection isnt overwhelming but I'm sure they will bring out more! I'm just waiting for them to make a nude one for my waterline!
