What is a great moisturizer for my face?

My nose has been extremely dry lately and peeling, are there any good facial moisturizers out there to help with this?

Ideally, it would be helpful to know what products you're already using. Solving you're problem may just be a matter of lessening or refraining from whatever you're already using. Although I'm a big fan of moisterizer for everyone anyway, it would also be helpful to know your general skintype in its normal state.
