I have hooded eyelids so it's extremely hard for me to do winged eyeliner, but I'm wondering had anyone tried the winged eyeliner stencil from BethBenderBeauty? If so, what was your experience like?

I haven't tried them but I heard they're not cheap at all like 15$ for a piece of plastic... Use tape instead

Honestly just practice. I have hooded eyes as well and while I don't do winged liner often I've still taken the time to just sit down and play around with placement and techniques to see what works with my hooded eye. Practice really does make perfect and please don't use tape, it just pulls at the delicate skin around the eye when you remove it and there's no reason for that. Just practice, practice, practice! (:
